Apparently there's a drought in the UK

Someone tell that to the weather in Swansea, we've had heavy rain all day. By heavy, I mean the kind of rain you'd see in a thunderstorm. Luckily, I was in work.

Also, in said rain, there was a man sleeping in the door way of the market. He had a bottle of Strongbow as a pillow. I didn't take a picture as I thought that would be rude.
